MEDIA & COMMUNICATION OFFICER

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, categorize, and coordinate with the regional office for all communication and documentation related requests.

  • Undertake field visit to program areas to document  program activities and impacts.

  • Gather, edit and coordinate media collaterals like images, audio, video and texts.

  • Be the focal point to coordinate brand compliance in coordination with the center.

  • Contribute to Save the Children’s internal communication mechanisms (OneNet, Newsletter, and social media sites).

  • Work with the field project-based team to engage in media outreach activities and profile local advocacy issues in the region.

  • Respond to the requests of member and Donor agencies as and when required.

  • Support and build capacity of partner staff on communication activities.

  • Take stock of information and communication resources generated in the field office of projects and programs.

MONITORING & COMMUNICATION OFFICER

(REAPING HOPE)

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop data collection, analysis and presentation techniques and tools

  • Regularly update Online Data Management System in coordination with project implementation team

  • Prepare data driven reports from Online Data Management System

  • Development and supervision of project activity plan and monitoring activities

  • Carry out periodic reviews to ensure delivery of quality results

  • Perform operational research and project assessments through field visits

  • Prepare data based graphics and social media posts

  • Organize field visits to collect photos, videos, case/success stories and document project related activities

  • Coordinate media visits to show evidence from ground level

  • Conduct internal and external communication activities to represent the organization

  • Lead all multimedia, print and design assignments for the consultancy wing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monitoring plans and execute monitoring and evaluation activities and organizing field trips.

  • Regular supervision, monitoring, and evaluation according to process, structure and objective of the program to achieve goal of program

  • Update and generate Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) reports.

  • Update and generate data from Online Program Management Information System (OPMIS).

  • Visit program areas to collect case/success stories along with photographs and document project activities.

  • Submit written and oral report of each program to Program Manager within given timeframe based on daily, monthly and quarterly according to rule and/or requirement of the program
