Duties/Responsibilities:

Collect, categorize, and coordinate with the regional office for all communication and documentation related requests.

Undertake field visit to program areas to document program activities and impacts.

Gather, edit and coordinate media collaterals like images, audio, video and texts.

Be the focal point to coordinate brand compliance in coordination with the center.

Contribute to Save the Children’s internal communication mechanisms (OneNet, Newsletter, and social media sites).

Update and generate Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) reports.

Update and generate data from Online Program Management Information System (OPMIS).

Visit program areas to collect case/success stories along with photographs and document project activities.

Submit written and oral report of each program to Program Manager within given timeframe based on daily, monthly and quarterly according to rule and/or requirement of the program
